The cathedral city of Truro, Cornwall’s county town, is just 8 miles away and a whole host of glorious Cornish gardens including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Trelissick, Trebah and the internationally famous gardens of Trewithen itself lie just minutes away.
The sailing waters of the Carrick Roads at Falmouth, the Cornish Coastal Path and the Atlantic north coast of Cornwall with its dramatic cliffs and vast sandy beaches are all within easy reach. Anyone with an interest in art is well served with numerous galleries at St Ives and Newlyn, and there are several National Trust properties to visit.

Chris and David warmly welcome you to Spring Cottage, a quality bed and breakfast located in the heart of Cornwall near Truro. The property is a Grade Two listed 17th Century cottage with three double letting rooms, all en suite with showers.
Glass Fusing Experience Days. Wendy is a fused glass artist from Lostwithiel, Cornwall. After discovering a passion for glass pieces in glorious, vibrant colours whilst on holiday in Greece, Wendy launched into a discovery of the art of glass fusing, and now shares her experience at her home studio in the peaceful countryside of Cornwall.
As well as the owners’ home, there are two self-catering apartments set around a central courtyard. Named for their use when Benallack was a working dairy farm, the Bullpen and the Dairy each sleep two people (plus a baby in arms or older child in the Dairy) and can be booked by the week or for short breaks. The apartments are individually furnished with decorative and antique items, yet with modern luxury and comfort always in mind.
Set on a 30-acre farm complete with friendly farm animals, we have 20 child friendly cottages to choose from - each totally unique, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a carefree holiday. We're tucked away in a hidden valley between St Austell and Mevagissey; surrounded by wildflower meadows and woodland - and we've even got our own lake!
